Slow with a bad UI

Most of my time in JIRA is spent
Additionally, any time I search the documentation I get bug reports from years ago that appear unresolved or instructions for modifying the on-premesis installation (we have their cloud service).
The agile process planing feedback and control is done in JIRA, with integrations in all places, like bitbucket code, confluence pages and build process
Bug tracking, development tracking. Management of support issues with dev-support.
We use JIRA for both bug tracking, and in some cases features as well, although that is directly linked to our Trello boards.
Jira is a good project management tool when Agile is activated. We are a bit unsatisfied with the QOS, the app is often slow.
