          I use Jira because

          • It's used widely as the best SW dev tool
          • It's so easy to use
          • Flexible to configure
          • Great for tracking of tickets while leading meetings
          • Accessible from Everywhere

In overall, especially for large projects, Confluence is must. On the other hands, for small-mid size projects, #Trello is also great due to visualisation power.

          Review ofJiraJira

Most of my time in JIRA is spent

          • Waiting for pages to load
          • Clicking on links, because the information that I need is not available on the first pages I reach
          • Looking for the next link to click, because each page has a different layout and the bug title or the latest comment might be placed anywhere on the page

Additionally, any time I search the documentation I get bug reports from years ago that appear unresolved or instructions for modifying the on-premesis installation (we have their cloud service).

          Review ofBugifyBugify

since takin over from Robert last year - Bugify added a new long awaited feature and was released in Aug 2017.

even though the "software terms and agreement" sayings there is support - there is none, at all.

developer has not posted any aids, help, support comments in the support site ever - only a couple posts to the bugify blog site.

cost also went up from $70 to $290.

          Review ofBugifyBugify

product is nice and had great user interface and is easy for end user use, BUT..

last product update was Aug 2017.

the new developer who took over almost 2 years ago has never ever, ever provided any support via the Bugify support site.

But now the support has closed a few weeks ago - not a good sign.

I fear this product is now dead.

          Review ofBugifyBugify

IMHO this product is now Dead. Last update was Aug 2017.

There was NO Support AT ALL from developer in the support site blog - support only by other product integrators & integration developers.

Now that support site is closed / offline - and has been for weeks.

Sure sign this a now dead product.

Compared to Bugzilla and Redmine, Jira requires a lot of manual configuration which can make project issues not compatible status-wise.

          Review ofBugifyBugify

last release aug 2017 no support from dev at all

So much relief as you can track each and every issues, bugs, dev project and maintenance and a time machine when it comes to do that less interesting timesheet or daily status. Its a rescuer.

We use a combination of Scrum and Kanban for our tasks. We focus more on the integration with Bitbucket to keep track of tasks and have bi-directional accountability.
