Our serverless platform produces events from all microservices in order to support Insights to the our loyalty campaign performance and user behavior. The events are redirected to Segment as our Data pipeline processor. Once the events are captured we push them to our data warehouse in PostgreSQL to get reports in Power BI. The out of the box integrations allow us to easily connect different destinations. CleverTap is used as our CRM tool that also receives events from Segment. This opens multiple communication channels with our platform users

We are using Ionic with Angular to build our clients as PWA, iOS and Android Applications with minimal effort. Allows us to easily maintain and updated the user experience with the same code base.

We use OpenTracing because we have a complex distributed system that we want to instrument, and also monitor, and we want to use the idea to handle these topics in an abstract way, independent on the technology. We actually started with OpenTracing but deferred choosing the technical implementation for later, which is pretty cool.

We use TeamCity because it is one of the most user friendly CI/CD servers, and it's also FREE for up to 100 build configurations, basically supporting a startup until it grows significantly. Integration with dotnet core tools is also excellent making things easier for us.
