We aim to produce “real communication” in the world of internet by gathering every possible online activity data into our database, and visualizing characteristics of individual users, thus giving you the feeling as if the user is standing right in front of you. KARTE, our online web customer serving platform, is the first step to our vision. Underlying technology of KARTE allows us to realize actionable analytics that converts a vast amount of data into action. We have developed our own data analytics technology from scratch, and conduct real time analysis of a huge amount of data, to pursue our goal to make “prompt reaction from analysis” We now are analyzing over three hundred billion yen distribution total equivalent of data per year and we see it increasing more and more. Our challenge is how to convert this growing data into user’s profit.
