Algolia is an impressive search engine and very easy to configure. I highly recommend it to start building a project because the initial tier is inexpensive and has a good reach. However, I want to make it quite clear that it is a black box, it depends a lot on the business model you have, since if you need something much more specific you will probably have to go through Elasticsearch.

It is a very versatile library that provides great development speed. Although, with a bad organization, maintaining projects can be a disaster. With a good architecture, this does not happen.

Angular is obviously powerful and robust. I do not rule it out for any future application, in fact with the arrival of micro frontends and cross-functional teams I think it could be useful. However, if I have to build a stack from scratch again, I'm left with react.

The configuration is ridiculously simple, and brings several useful connectors. Combined with Istio, Prometheus or even with stackdriver/cloudwatch it becomes a super powerful tool. I have direct alerts to slack channels where my team is pending, and in very critical cases I programmed a simple webhook that makes me a phone call and makes me aware of the situation.
