We use Travis CI because of its seamless integration with GitHub and the ease of configuration. It allows us to securely build, test and deploy dozens of micro-services. One of the greatest benefits is the ability to debug a build process via ssh.

We use Amazon RDS for Aurora because we needed a cloud level scalable solution for database management. We wanted to use a modern database engine that's suitable for the cloud era and also benefit from using SQL and a structured database.

We never wanted to manage the DB infrastructure ourselves so our choice was between Aurora and simply RDS. We chose Aurora because of superior performance and the ease of scaling storage and instances.

Needs advice

We use AWS Fargate because we want to focus on our business and the value we give to our customers and not on infrastructure management, OS patching and agent updates. Fargate is a way for us to run containers in scale without worrying about the underlying fleet of instances or resource management(bin packing, idle instances. etc)

Needs advice

We use Slack because it's the best communication tool out there. We use it to improve our decision making pipeline, shortening it to minutes instead of days using email.

One of the greatest benefits is the massive number of integrations it supports, including CRM, issue management, deployment tools, etc.
