Olark is a lightweight tool to chat with visitors to your website using your existing instant messaging client. Visitors to your website appear as buddies on your Buddy list, their messages to you appear as IMs. | WatBox is a Salesforce-native messaging add-on that lets you manage WhatsApp and SMS conversations directly inside your CRM, so you do not have to juggle between external messaging apps and Salesforce. When a customer messages you on WhatsApp, WatBox routes that conversation into Salesforce, links it to the right Lead, Contact, Account, or Case, and keeps every interaction attached to the customer record.
